Salary range for Maintenance Technician  : $27.05-34.12 / hour, based on experience

Schedule : must be available to work 8 hour, permanent nights (fulltime), with training on second shift

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Birmingham, as the Maintenance Technician :

 

Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot equipment

Make necessary mechanical, electrical and hydraulic repairs on all the equipment

Conduct maintenance and safety audits daily.

Communicate information to fellow maintenance employees, maintenance manager and production employees

Complete necessary maintenance paperwork.

Be able to work with Continuous Improvement Projects

Maintain 6S

Perform all duties in a safe manner

Any other duties assigned by management

 

 

There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: 

     

Minimum three years experience in manufacturing environment

Reliability lead experience is preferred

Strong understanding of Health & Safety Rules and Regulations

Knowledge in all areas of electrical, specializing in industrial

Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment

Knowledge of machine controls, Relay logic, PLC controls and AC/DC drives is required

Robotic experience

Initiative, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

When applicable, weekend work and overtime are mandatory

Must be able to pass a maintenance exam.

Previous experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and schematics is ideal
