What can we offer you?

This is a fantastic new full-time opportunity for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician with an Industrial Electrician background to join our supportive and friendly team to work the morning shift on our customer site at Eastern Creek.  This role will offer you diverse challenges and a chance to develop skills in troubleshooting and maintenance.

Monday to Friday - 5.00 am to 1.00 pm

Some overtime, with some potential weekend work offered at times

Tasks and Qualifications:

What we are looking for:

Australian Trade qualification with Certificate III - Electrotechnology Electrician

Must have an Australian Unrestricted Electrical Licence

A reasonable understanding of mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience in previous roles

Any PLC experience is highly regarded, we can provide training on Siemens S7 and SCADA systems

Attributes sought include:

Experience with maintaining mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Computerised maintenance systems experience (Maximo) is ideal

Experience with automation (conveyors and sortation systems) is an advantage

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics highly regarded

Understanding of OH&S requirements and safe work behaviour

Ability to work in isolation and make decisions

Excellent communication skills

Be customer focused and ensure high quality service

Must have your own transportation and driver licence
