We're Lear For You. 

Maintenance Technician

To perform preventative maintenance inspections &

repairs per written instructions & fill out inspection sheets.  To troubleshoot equipment with the ability to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, &    pneumatic prints.  Ability to safely utilize power tools.

 

Responsibilities:

Identify and correct potential tooling and equipment problems on the production floor,  including but not limited to:

a. automated fixtures

b. Fanuc robots

c. Atlas Copco tools

d. EOL testers

e. PLC systems

d. Industrial controls equipment

Communicate potential problems and corrective actions to Maintenance Supervisor. Assist the maintenance technicians and supervisors with problems impacting the build process. Attend technical training and educational sessions as scheduled by supervisor. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in training other technicians regarding maintenance tasks and troubleshooting. Fill in for absent maintenance technician (when required by maintenance supervisor or based on business necessity).

Skills (Recommended):

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, numatic, and hydrolic systems  Knowledge of automation equipment Basic computer skills Understanding of Fanuc robots maintenance and troubleshooting

Additional Guidelines:

The selected candidates will be required to:

1) Collaborate and help other technicians as needed.

2) Collaborate with engineering when confronted with complex troubleshooting and repairs.

3) Flexible to cover other shift PLC Technicians Responsible when they are absent and based on business necessity.
