**Industrial Maintenance Technician - Southern Indiana - Direct Hire** **Job Description** Performs preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines, automated and manned paint booths, robots, extruder systems, die-casting assembly machines, and all associated support equipment. Conducts and documents water and air quality tests, uses precision test and measuring equipment, and handles and stores chemicals and industrial lubricants. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on various machinery and equipment. + Conduct and document water and air quality tests. + Use precision test and measuring equipment. + Handle and store chemicals and industrial lubricants. + Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems at a component level. + Use the NEC code book, OSHA safety manual, and general shop and electrical safety practices. + Inspect, remove, install, align, and lubricate bearings, gears, belts, and chains. + Access and manipulate various PLC programs from multiple manufacturers. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting and programming + Knowledge of AC and DC theory + Fluency in electronic schematics and terminology **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledgeable in the use of the NEC code book and OSHA safety manual + Experience with Omron, Siemens, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Texas Instruments, and other PLC programming + Troubleshooting and programming knowledge of DC drives such as Reliance SC 500, Danfoss, Woods, Omron, and Siemens + Temperature controller and thermocouple knowledge + Experience with various injection machines and support robots **Why Work Here?** We offer direct placement and very competitive benefits.
