Maintenance Technician

Overview: Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall building and equipment maintenance by ensuring that routine equipment and tool maintenance schedule is maintained, trouble shoots and resolves technical issues, works with others to identify and make improvements. 

 

Essential Responsibilities:  

Complete, train and ensure routine maintenance is completed per maintenance schedule.Ensure all tools; machinery and equipment are in good operating order. Report all equipment failures or outages to management and immediate team. Trouble shoot and resolve equipment and building issues for VariTech and Valve division. Work with Production Manager to complete production and maintenance tasks. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Report any unsafe working conditions.Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

High school diploma or GED, additional education preferred.3 years of assembly experience.Basic CNC machine operating experience preferred.Welding, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical abilities preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Strong propensity for preventative maintenance and precautionary measures.  Must be self-driven, take initiative, and work well with others. Basic Microsoft office skills.
