Key Responsibilities: + Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. + Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. + Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. + Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred. + Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong communication skills.
