**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
Candidates will be responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include working with up to 480V, interpreting blueprints and schematics, dismantling, assembling, and installing machinery, and performing general building maintenance tasks such as landscape and trash removal, snow removal, and plumbing. Candidates must follow company policies and enforce safety regulations. Additional tasks include MIG, STICK, and fabrication when needed, changing and repairing motors, fuses, and switches, repairing and troubleshooting slitter machinery, changing tooling out on slitter machines, and repairing forklifts and other mobile equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.
+ Work with up to 480V electrical systems.
+ Interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ Dismantle, assemble, and install machinery.
+ Conduct general building maintenance, including landscape and trash removal, snow removal, and plumbing.
+ Follow company policies and enforce safety regulations.
+ Perform MIG, STICK, and fabrication when needed.
+ Change and repair motors, fuses, and switches.
+ Repair and troubleshoot slitter machinery.
+ Change tooling on slitter machines.
+ Repair forklifts and other mobile equipment.
Industrial Maintenance Technician
+ Direct Hire with the company
+ Candidates will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery
+ Responsible for both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
+ Utilizing blueprints and schematics for repairs
+ Utilizing hand tools and power tools for repairs
+ Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance of 12-480V 3 phase electrical systems, 3 phase motors, VFD’s, PLC troubleshooting, starters, fuses, switches, etc.
+ Responsible for maintaining and repairing both hydraulic and pneumatic systems
+ Responsible for maintaining steel slitting and cutting machinery, conveyors, pumps, overhead cranes, forklifts, dust collectors, saws, banding machines, and cut to length machinery
+ Repair or replace belts, bearings, chains, shafts, and gearboxes
+ Welding and fabrication (MIG/STICK)
+ Dismantle, install, and assemble machinery
+ Change out and adjust tooling on machinery
+ Responsible for general facilities maintenance when needed (lighting, plumbing, snow removal, grounds maintenance)
+ 1st shift position 5:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
+ Pay range based on experience is $30-40 per hour
