Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Diagnose, analyze, and investigate malfunctions of plant packaging and bottling equipment, and repair or adjust to maintain good operating condition. The plant equipment includes hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated PLC equipment, such as conveyors, palletizers, depalletizers, bottlers, and cappers. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs or adjustments as necessary for maximum operating efficiency. + Replace or repair motors, gearboxes, drive units, and all other packaging equipment components as required. + Monitor equipment performance and report any inefficiencies caused by equipment or materials used. + Perform packaging equipment changeovers for different size containers or components. + Maintain assigned records or downtime logs of equipment malfunctions or component parts used by repair. + Comply with good manufacturing practices, safety, and audit standards. + Work independently under limited supervision. + Log daily activity in Maximo. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience, ideally within a bottling facility. + Skilled mechanically and electrically (up to 480V). + Experience troubleshooting automated and robotic equipment. + PLC troubleshooting skills. + Must provide own tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Automotive, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and industrial maintenance experience. + Maintenance mechanic, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and blueprint reading skills. **Why Work Here?** The company is an employee-first organization that continuously adds to the lives of its employees at no cost. Day shift hours are 7am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday. Midshift hours are 11am-10pm, Monday through Thursday, with initial training likely during the day shift. Second shift hours are 2pm-12:30am, Monday through Thursday, with overtime opportunities on Friday and occasional Saturdays.
