**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The Maintenance Engineering team is responsible for establishing equipment maintenance procedures and solving technical problems related to manufacturing equipment as well as executing process improvement efforts. The Maintenance Technician will engage in the repair and improvement of manufacturing and facilities equipment and processes. They will troubleshoot manufacturing and building system problems, organize or complete repairs, and assist Maintenance Technicians on complex troubleshooting issues. Additionally, they will determine the root cause of failures and develop processes or strategies to prevent recurring failures, develop preventative maintenance procedures to help prevent equipment downtime, and drive continuous improvement efforts. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot manufacturing and building system problems and organize or complete repairs. + Assist Maintenance Technicians on complex troubleshooting issues. + Determine root cause of failures and develop processes or strategies to prevent recurring failures. + Develop preventative maintenance procedures to help prevent equipment downtime. + Drive continuous improvement efforts. + Lead reliability efforts by analyzing data and driving long-term solutions and processes. + Advise supervisor of needs for outside services and work with service representatives on equipment. + Plan and lead projects and execute assignments. + Support the production team with equipment support and/or training. + Work with vendors to locate and order parts and materials required for repairing equipment. + Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding the status of equipment in the building. + Interact with employees in all functions at all levels in the organization. + Use a variety of lock-out/tag-out devices as required per plant LOTO Plan. + Work in parallel with other Engineers inside and outside of the Maintenance Department. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Electrical + Maintenance technician + Mechanical + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Repair + Preventive maintenance + Schematic + PLC troubleshooting + Industrial + PLC control + Electrical troubleshooting + 3 phase + Maintenance repair + Conveyor + Motors + Blueprint + Installation + Install + Conveyor system + Power tool + Fabrication **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work in parallel with other Engineers inside and outside of the Maintenance Department. + Effective communication skills with internal customers regarding the status of equipment. + Experience working with vendors to locate and order parts and materials required for repairing equipment. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and innovative team that values continuous improvement and professional growth.
