Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Dallas TX 75219 Duration: Contract Schedule Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Skills needed: + Can do make ready including housekeeping and cleaning. + Can do minor sheetrock repair, texture and painting. + Can unstop sinks and toilets and can replace faucets and supply lines. + Can replace interior doors, hang mini blinds. + Can replace light fixtures, switches, outlets and GFCI.
