Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionPerform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery.Responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining systems and equipment, performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operation of equipment such as motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines.Technicians will also be required to reference and interpret diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, or manufacturer's instructions to effectively troubleshoot and fix issues.QualificationsAt least two years of maintenance experience in a production environmentMechanical comprehension and functional understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives and motorsElectrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacementPLC diagnostics and experience preferredProcess equipment control knowledge for troubleshooting and installationsField service knowledge (photo eyes, smart eyes, micro switches, encoders, reed sensors, etc.)Electromechanical troubleshooting (controls, components, control wiring diagnosis, etc.)Work Environment / Shifts1st shift3rd Shift2-2-3 scheduleBenefits$5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after starting, $2,500 after 6 months)Industry-leading wagesTools and uniforms providedGain share planPTO accrues from day 1Quarterly attendance bonus
