**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and robotic troubleshooting. This role requires hands-on experience with a variety of machinery and equipment, ensuring they are operating efficiently and safely. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including rebuilding machinery, repairing gearboxes, replacing motors, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, servo motors, chains, sprockets, and cylinders. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including working with 480v, 3-phase motors, sensors, VFDs, drives, electrical wiring, and control panels using a multimeter. + Troubleshoot robotic systems, specifically Fanuc robots. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Controls experience is a plus, including PLC troubleshooting (ladder logic, parameter edits, relays, timers, switches). **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a robust Career Path Program that provides clear plans for career progression. The facility is climate-controlled, maintaining a cool environment in the summer and a warm environment in the winter. Safety is a top priority, with extensive use of robotics and tuggers throughout the plant. The plant features multiple breakrooms, offering refrigerated or microwave meals, snacks, and a variety of beverages.
