Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This maintenance role is within a food manufacturing company, where you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on bakery equipment. You will work on a variety of machinery, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines. The role requires the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues on the production line, as well as perform fabrication work, primarily welding stainless steel materials.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines.Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on the production line.Adjust sensors and phone-eyes on machines as needed.Conduct fabrication work, including welding stainless steel to create machine covers and product catchers.Prioritize PMs to minimize reactive breakdowns.Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Essential SkillsIndustrial maintenance experienceMechanical troubleshootingElectrical troubleshootingExperience with 3-phase 480V systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsExperience with welding, particularly stainless steelKnowledge of conveyor systems, motors, and industrial maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsOwn a basic set of tools (small toolbox)Previous experience in a bakery or food manufacturing environmentWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42556.00 - $47840.00

Great benefits for family - cost is $25 pay period for family.
