Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work on bagging and mixing machines for concrete. The ideal candidate will be proficient in troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Responsibilities include performing both preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as repairs and service work on machinery.
ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive maintenance on bagging and mixing machinery.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to diagnose machinery issues.Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and safely.Maintain accurate maintenance records.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to perform preventative maintenance.Competence in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working outdoors.Any relevant schooling or certification is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work outdoors on various types of machinery. The role involves physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy objects. The technician will use a range of tools and equipment to perform tasks efficiently and safely.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKLIN, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
