**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled PM's on all shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair machines, and assist with the installation of new tools. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of maintenance experience and a strong knowledge of scheduled maintenance programs. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair machines, and report findings. + Assist with the installation of new tools with the assistance of supplier technicians. + Maintain several types of machinery including welding machines, CNC lasers, CNC lathes, drill presses, press machines, plasma cutters, and grinders. + Troubleshoot alarms, PLC, HVAC, chillers, filters, PC issues, and down equipment. + Perform facilities maintenance and upkeep as needed. **Essential Skills** + 5-8 years of maintenance experience. + Ability to install new equipment with the assistance of supplier technicians. + Knowledge of scheduled maintenance programs. + Proficiency in troubleshooting alarms, PLC, HVAC, chillers, filters, PC issues, and down equipment. + Experience with industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, hydraulics, and mechanical maintenance. + Skills in electrical maintenance, low voltage troubleshooting, and minor PLC troubleshooting. + Familiarity with motors, bearings, high voltage systems, CNC laser setup, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Multi-craft experience is ideal. + Experience with PMs, mechanical system troubleshooting on machinery, and facilities maintenance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
