**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair machines, and assist with the installation of new tools. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of maintenance experience and a strong understanding of scheduled maintenance programs. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance on all shop equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair machines and report findings. + Assist with the installation of new tools. + Install new equipment with the assistance of supplier technicians. + Troubleshoot alarms, PLC, HVAC, chillers, filters, PC issues, and down equipment. + Maintain several welding machines, CNC lasers, CNC lathes, drill presses, press machines, plasma cutters, grinders. + Perform facilities maintenance and upkeep. **Essential Skills** + Industrial maintenance + Troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Mechanical maintenance + Electrical maintenance + Pneumatics + Low voltage + Minor PLC troubleshooting + Motors + Bearings + High voltage + CNC laser setup + Gearboxes + Fabrication + Welding **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Multi-craft knowledge including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs + Experience in mechanical system troubleshooting on machinery and facilities maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Working with us offers you the opportunity to work independently within a small team of two.
