Job Purpose

In order to ensure that the production machineries, equipment and supporting facilities can function properly and for continued process capability, maintenance is carried out.

Maintenance activities include periodic preventive maintenance checks at defined maintenance frequency intervals on the various machineries and equipment. Servicing and repair if required shall be carried out, as and when necessary.

Key Accountabilities

Daily routing on the all utility systems such as low voltage of sub-station, compressed air system, dust collecting system and chilled water system.
Kiểm tra hăng ngay cac hệ thống tiện ich như trạm điện, khi nen, hệ thống hut bụi, hệ thống nước lam mat.

Routine inspection on the production equipment and lab facility.
Kiểm tra định ky thiết bị sản xuất va phong thi nghiệm.

Acting timely inspection of all equipments and propose preventive maintenance plan and execution.
Tiến hanh kịp thời việc kiểm tra cac thiết bị va đề xuất kế hoạch bảo tri dự phong va triển khai thực hiện.

Trouble shooting on the equipment and instruments, keep production and lab running under good conditions.
Xử ly sự cố thiết bị. Duy tri xưởng va phong thi nghiệm trong điều kiện tốt.

Keep close communication with production department, improve the equipment and process.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với phong sản xuất. Cải tiến thiết bị va quy trinh.

Manage maintenance tools and spare parts in assigned area.
Quản ly dụng cụ bảo tri va thiết bị dự phong trong phạm vi được phan cong.

Set high standards of performance for self, others and the company.
Đặt ra tieu chi phấn đấu cao cho bản than, đồng nghiệp va cong ty.

Understand and apply 5S into work.
Hiểu va ap dụng 5S trong cong việc.

Experience

Can be working hard, ability to be working under pressure.
Lam việc chăm chỉ, co khả năng lam việc dưới ap lực cao.

Min. 2 years maintenance experience of electrical/ electronic/ automation system in a production plant.
It nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về bảo tri về bảo tri hệ thống điện/điện tử/tự động hoa cho nha may sản xuất.

Experience in chemical plant is preferred.
