Maintenance Technician - Full time 40 hours/week Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:00pm with flexibility Rate of pay: $17/hr As a Maintenance Technician you will maintain in an efficient and timely manner in areas of, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, painting, grounds maintenance, janitorial and/or any other trade or craft associated with maintaining the physical plant, property and equipment owned or operated by the agency. Duties include but not limited to: + Complete work orders as assigned by priority. + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all buildings and equipment. + Report and repair any safety concerns that may develop. + Snow removal as necessary. + Record and track billable productive hours. + Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: + High School Diploma/GED. + Agency approvable driver’s license.  + Basic knowledge of tools and techniques necessary to maintain all aspects of a physical plant.
