Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our high-speed converting facility, specializing in corrugated boxes. You'll work with 11 advanced machines, including Specialty Folders, Compression Tables, and Die Cutters, in a fast-paced Just-In-Time production environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure all equipment remains operational, as minimizing downtime is critical. You'll handle issues from initial detection to fault resolution, with a focus on reactive (80%) and preventative (20%) maintenance.

Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems up to 480 volts.Maintain and repair motors, drives, gear systems, and pulleys.Oversee and maintain pneumatic systems.Perform control troubleshooting using Siemens, Wiege, and Mitsubishi Controls.Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment.Service a range of machinery, including pumps, ink systems, rollers, conveyors, strappers, and belts.Essential Skills:Experience in the corrugated industry.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.Knowledge of motors, drives, and gear systems.Expertise in pneumatics.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with Siemens, Wiege, and Mitsubishi control systems.Skilled in PLC troubleshooting.Mechanical skills for pump control and schematic reading.Experience with preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.Work Environment:10-hour shifts, flexible scheduling.Facility operates 24/6.Current shift: 1st shift; Monday-Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $39.00
