Are you a skilled Carpenter looking for a new opportunity in Port Macquarie area? BGIS is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance  Provide targeted technical support for the site Conduct daily inspections and generate performance reports for scheduled works Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to ensure effective work programming aligns with Maintenance Plan Objectives Perform repairs on doors, walls, decks, trims, frames, tiling, painting, and more.

Skills & Experience:

Robust commercial maintenance experience Certificate III in Carpentry  White Card Valid driver's license
