Job Summary:
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduledMaintenance to include changing lights bulbs, light plumbing, etc.Complete work assignments in a timely mannerTrash pickup outside of building and parking lotPerform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assignedUse and maintain equipment properlyOperate and maintain all equipment correctly and safely Monitor and maintain all building systems as assignedAbility to work without normal supervision Reports safety hazards as appropriate Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Knowledge and Skill Requirements High School Diploma Minimum of (1) year commercial related experienceStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hours 4pm-8pm CompensationHarvard is offering a competitive salary structure $19.00 p/h including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
