**Job Title: Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift** **Job Description** This is a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician position (2p-10p). We have 3rd shift availability. The individual will be responsible for troubleshooting robotic plastic injection machines, performing real changes, and reading blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Perform highly skilled troubleshooting and repair of a variety of injection molding machines, including pneumatics and hydraulics, assembly machines, and automation lines. + Work with electronics, machine controls, machine vision systems, electrical, software, hardware, and robotics systems. + Analyze and correct injection molding process defects/errors based on maintenance requests from operators. + Troubleshoot fuses, rewire motors, and ensure relays and contacts are functioning properly. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance + Automation + Plastic injection molding + PLC troubleshooting + PLC editing + Electrical schematics + Electrical + Programming PLC **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3 years of experience in injection molding within the automotive industry + 5 years of experience with automation assembly lines combined with injection molding processes + 3 years of blueprint reading + Experience with Arburg or Battenfeld Injection Molding machines is preferred **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a temperature-controlled work environment, ensuring a comfortable workspace during the summer months. The facility is known for its cleanliness, bright lighting, organization, and adherence to 5S standards, with air conditioning provided during warm months. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of KENTWOOD, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $59280.00 - $59280.00 Full Company Benefits Effective Day 1 proceeding start Month. If employees start in January, eligible for benefits Feb 1.
