**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are an industry leader in nonwoven products, primarily supporting the bedding and automotive industries. Our facility in Fort Wayne manufactures mattress components, seating components, and thermal and acoustical nonwovens used in noise-canceling applications within vehicles. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. The successful candidate will maintain production equipment, disassemble equipment and tooling, repair or replace worn or broken parts, and reassemble as needed. **Responsibilities** + Maintain production equipment. + Disassemble equipment and tooling. + Repair or replace worn or broken parts. + Reassemble equipment as needed. + Work on nonwoven machines specific to the industry, which require 4-7 operators per machine. + Be on call for weekends and required to work some weekends. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Electrical troubleshooting experience. + Hydraulic and pneumatic experience. + Own tooling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Millwright experience. + PLC experience. + Industry-specific experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer an attendance bonus of $1 per hour, paid weekly, and a retention bonus of $100 at 30 days, $150 at 60 days, and $250 at 90 days. Employees receive 60 hours of unpaid time off, paid out if not used, and steel toe reimbursement. **Work Environment** This position is for the 2nd shift, which operates from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday. The work environment involves maintaining and operating large nonwoven machines. Employees are required to wear steel-toe boots. The role includes a shift premium of 5% of the hourly wage. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00 Attendance Bonus of $1 an hour, paid weekly.
