Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, or packaging industries. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers. Additionally, proficiency in working with electrical systems, including 480VAC & 24VDC power, as well as experience with diaphragm and centrifugal pumps, is required.

Starting Pay Ranges:

$30/hr. - $42/hr.+

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair equipment including case packers, case sealers, filler machines, wrappers, labelers, and palletizers.Work with electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power.Handle diaphragm pumps and centrifugal pumps.Troubleshoot and repair facilities and auxiliary equipment, such as chillers and air compressors.Maintain water filtration equipment and perform general maintenance of the plant.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with high-speed machineryKnowledge of PLC troubleshootingSkill in working with steam equipmentExperience with industrial machine maintenanceWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

This position offers a differential pay for 2nd shift (2 PM – 10:30 PM) and 3rd shift (10 PM – 6:30 AM). The schedule will move to a 2-2-3 format, so candidates must be comfortable with this shift. Training will be provided during the day for 2-8 weeks.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $91520.00
