Seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift (2:55PM-11:00PM, Monday through Saturday, with possible Sundays). The pay range for this position is $25-28+/hour, depending on interview and previous experience.
New hires will start on 8-hour shifts. The role involves a variety of mechanical repairs on plastic injection presses and assembly equipment.
JOB DUTIESPerform mechanical repairs on laser sensors, cylinders, pneumatic valves, hot plate welders, light curtains, proximity sensors, heater probes, pin stamps on assembly equipment, pressure switches, bowl feeders, and air compressors (100-150 horsepower).Work on Fanuc robots and press top robots (SEPRO, RANGER, AUTOMATED ASSEMBLIES, AEC).Troubleshoot and make minor edits on Allen Bradley PLC controllers.Hook up and view PLC programs to identify machine sequence issues.Focus on load cells, intelligent actuators, troubleshooting vision systems, automated screw guns, bowl feeding/blow feeding, variable frequency drives (VFDs), laser printers, and proximity sensors.Conduct wiring tasks as needed.SKILLS5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.Ability to troubleshoot and make minor edits on PLC software.Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
