Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and installing new machines, troubleshooting machinery issues, and working with operators to identify and resolve failures. The machinery includes winders, slitters, and packagers. Additionally, the technician will be involved in implementing a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and install new machines.Troubleshoot and repair machinery, including winders, slitters, and packagers.Collaborate with machine operators to determine the cause of equipment failures.Implement and maintain a Preventive Maintenance (PM) program.Essential SkillsProficiency in packaging, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical troubleshooting.Experience with 480V electrical systems and PLCs.Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The facility is a new manufacturing plant that is clean and equipped with new machinery. While it is not temperature controlled, the environment is comfortable.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
