The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostlyexterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition toother exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safelymaintained.

Daily responsibilities:

\n\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains. Power wash as needed.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.\nMaintain maintenance and inspection reports, attend meetings, and provide update on status of work orders.\nMaintain routine, preventative and capital X maintenance schedules.\nAssist maintenance vendors and contractors as needed.\nMaintain entrance gates, pond motors, grounds signage, winterize and de-winterize community.\nOther duties as requested.\n\n Requirements\n3+ years of residential maintenance experience.\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken).\nCustomer service focused, team oriented, reliable, dependable, proactive, and takes initiative.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting,regulations, etc.),electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation,safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.),OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements, andState or local governmental safety requirements.\nSelf motivated, time management and time critical prioritization skills.\nValid driver's license is required.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n#LI-PK1
