Maintenance Technician $30/hr - $40/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a proficient Maintenance Technician who possesses the skills and knowledge required to properly maintain and troubleshoot deficiencies on all material handling systems and building infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have advanced training, practice, knowledge, technical, and leadership skills, and be considered an expert in all functional areas assigned. You will examine building interiors and exteriors to determine necessary maintenance work, communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and management, and manage internal and external projects, including scheduling and contractor/vendor interface.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot all Facilities systems and any other assignment required to meet the changing demands of the business.Coordinate Technician's activities to maximize productivity.Provide or coordinate the necessary on-the-job training to assigned Facilities Associates.Perform major repairs to all equipment and evaluate needs for repair prior to equipment failure.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.Examine building interiors and exteriors to determine maintenance work needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance.Experience with programmable logic controllers, repairs, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic.Knowledge of 3-phase systems, welding, and motors.Ability to troubleshoot and perform electrical maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.Ability to effectively work in a team environment.Flexible schedule to support business needs.Willingness to be assigned to various operations in Central Ohio as needed.Working knowledge of PC-based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
