Compensation:
· Starting pay: $28.09
· Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases

ResponsibilitiesDESCRIPTION:
• Maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the plant equipment and facilities.
• Includes mechanical and electrical installation, set up, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of all equipment related to plant operation, services and facilities.
• Thoroughly reviews and understands all maintenance procedures including Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance procedures.
• Assists in upgrades of process control equipment as new technology develops. • Maintains an understanding of control systems.
• Assists the shift Operators by performing repairs on mechanical systems when neede
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
• Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical systems design, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Analytical, problem solving, and strong technical skills including electrical and PLC troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal, oral communication, written communications, teamwork, judgment, motivation, planning, organizing, professionalism, quality, safety, adaptability, attendance, punctuality, dependability, initiative, innovation.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; preferred associates degree
• 3+ years maintenance experience
REQUIREMENTS
· Mechanical aptitude
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills
· Effective communications skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to lift 50 pound
