**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Provide maintenance support to the equipment, facility, and cell/areas to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety to assure internal and external customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Maintain production equipment in optimal operating condition. + Perform and track preventative maintenance activities. + Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment. + Train associates in the proper use of equipment. + Assure proper inventory levels of required replacement parts for production/facilities equipment. + Perform manufacturer’s recommended preventive maintenance. + Follow all prescribed internal and manufacturer maintenance procedures. + Participate in team problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D’s, communication meetings). + Assure all equipment is leak-free (hydraulic & pneumatic). + Follow all internal and OSHA required safety procedures. + Participate in profit improvement / cost reduction activities. + Assist in company continuous improvement activities. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance + PLC + Hydraulic + Mechanic + Troubleshooting + Robotic **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
