**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced plant maintenance technician with a diverse background in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical systems, PLCs, and conveyor systems. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including 240v and 480v motor changes and wiring. + Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in plant equipment. + Maintain and repair conveyor systems. + Read and interpret schematics for plant equipment. + Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficient in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. + Strong mechanical and preventive maintenance skills. + Electrical troubleshooting skills (240v, 480v motor changes, wiring). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC troubleshooting is a plus. + Experience in conveyor maintenance. + Experience in food/beverage production maintenance is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Safety is a top priority. Additionally, employees may receive quarterly and yearly bonuses based on company performance goals. **Work Environment** The work environment is a cold food manufacturing facility maintained at 40 degrees. The facility offers great break areas and long-term benefits. There is a strong focus on safety. The work schedule is 6 days on, 2 days off, with double time pay every Sunday worked and 1.5x pay for time worked over 8 hours on each shift.
