You will also perform equipment failure analyses, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems, and prepare technical reports to document modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. **RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION**  ​ **Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:** ​ + Complete preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and execute work orders in a safe and timely matter + Perform training as needed on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment + Perform various building maintenance activities-inside and outside the plant + Advise or recommend new or changed methods and equipment to reduce costs and improve efficiencies. ​   **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** ​ **Requirements:** ​ + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Technical Degree in Machine troubleshooting and repair or related maintenance training and experience is preferred + 5+ years experience in maintenance, or mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair is required; experience working with automated equipment is preferred + Must be able to work from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions. + Excellent time management skills required for this position + Must be willing and able to do the following, with or without accommodation: + Lift and carry 50 pounds frequently + Crouch, crawl, climb ladders, twist, and work at various heights + Good or corrected eye site Must be willing to work shifts.
