Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob Description/Responsibilities80% of maintenance tasks will involve mechanical troubleshooting.Perform 2-3 repairs per night and replace parts as needed.Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, lift trucks, powered equipment, dock plates, truck restraints, and overhead doors.Repair and modify facility electrical and lighting systems, HVAC systems including office and warehouse units.Perform occasional building and grounds maintenance using provided tools including basic hand tools and power tools.Essential Skills1+ years of experience in Distribution or Industrial Maintenance.Proficiency in troubleshooting conveyor systems, including sorting or machinery.Experience in electrical troubleshooting (480v, 3 Phase).Shift and Pay$26-$30 an hour2nd shift M-F 4pm-12:30 am ($1 shift premium)Weekend shift Friday- Sunday 6am-6:30 pm ($2.50 shift premium)Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a well-ventilated and heated 800,000 sq. ft. facility. The dress code is relaxed, allowing jeans, plain T-shirts, and regular tennis shoes. No earplugs or safety glasses are required. Shifts available include Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 12:30 AM (2nd Shift), and a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM. Training will be provided on the first shift during the week, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM for 4-5 months depending on experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
