The Dartmouth Group, an Associa company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician on The Cape!

\n

Ideal candidate:
Lives on Cape Cod.
1+ year of general maintenance / handyman experience.
Willingness to learn.
Motivated to grow a career.

Work schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Rotating On-Call for emergencies nights, weekend, and holidays.

\n

Daily responsibilities:

\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and fellow staff with courtesy and patience.\nReview work order requests.\nPerform work order requests, update and close out work order requests in the system.\nGeneral maintenance repair, gutter cleaning, and downspout adjustments.\nInvestigate and repair leaks, water in units, and in the basement.\nAttend to fire suppression system, triage leaks, and cleanup.\nChange out light bulbs, perform light drywall repair, patchwork, and paint.\nObtain CPO (company paid) to conduct water testing and log.\nPerform minor janitorial services.\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and fellow staff with courtesy and patience.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n1+ year of general maintenance / handyman experience.\nExcellent communication skills, customer service focused, and team oriented.\nProactive, takes initiative, reliable, and dependable.\nAbility to prioritize tasks with strong communication and follow-up skills.\nBasic knowledge of tools, willingness to learn, and career motivated.\nValid driver's license is required.\n\n
