Overview Execute maintenance and improvement works to ensure production lines and equipment ready for operation with safety, quality, high performance & productivity while optimizing the maintenance cost. Self-develop through technical and on-the-job training, share knowledge and experiences to cooperators. Responsibilities Maintenance Execution: Proactively propose and execute technical maintenance which ensure safe and reliable operation of production lines. In addition, provide quality assurance, resources optimization during manufacturing process. Inspect and monitor conditions of equipment in the owned area. Early detect abnormal and perform preventive actions on time, support the stability of the production line. Contribute in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and perform preventions to avoid repeated issues. Request materials and tools for maintenance, make sure the plan is followed. Report and share right information in details, precisely about works and issues in the working shift Contribute in daily operation review (DOR) and shift hand over (SHO) of maintenance team and between maintenance and production team. Optimize water & energy usage and reduce waste by perform maintenance tasks properly Continuous improvement: Propose & execute to improve productivity initiative for production lines in term of maintenance cost, Energy & water, and manpower. Work with related function to execute aligned initiatives in term of safety - MESS, quality - AIB. Set up maintenance foundation ( maintenance checklist, OPL, SOP/WI, PM task list, Spare part critical…) Implement TPM – Total productive maintenance in area owner and conduct knowledge transfer to AM team. Other: Be proactive in providing solutions for issues and improvements. Be discipline with working regulations, on time with meetings. Qualifications Qualifications • Minimum college degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation or relating fields. • Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill. • Be able to read and understand English technical documents, drawings. • Willing to work on shift and contribute in teamwork • Prefer candidate with Microsoft Office skills (Word / Excel) Experience • Practical implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, Continuous Improvement. • Understanding of food manufacturing, food safety, GMP, HACCP.
