Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionIndividuals will be assigned one section of our plant to “own” along with the engineerThey will help write work instructions, implement upgrades and changes, complete major repairs and PMs, work on specialized maintenance tasks, and conduct trainingThe majority of the position involves maintenance of tube forming lines and pressesThey will troubleshoot programming, fixtures, and production-related issues as necessary by operating and/or observing equipment to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions and adjust machine controls as requiredResponsibilitiesSupport the development of machine specifications for new equipment, machines, and toolingInvestigate root cause of quality failures and make permanent corrective actions with respect to forming, and trim & sizing in bellows formingAssist in training team leaders, maintenance, and tooling as neededMonitor equipment cumulative cycles for predictive machine rebuild activityConduct and lead major equipment rebuild activityExecute and verify quality of PM activityAssist in the development of techniques for specified production processes such as tube welding, hydro-forming, assembly, and liner manufacturingEssential Skills6 years of experience as a maintenance technician3+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience (sensors, basic PLC, circuits)Troubleshooting ability to determine machine problemsKnowledge of material processing, tooling, and part fabricationAbility to read electrical prints and blueprints to determine machine issuesPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
