**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and controls. You will work with cross-functional teams, ensuring equipment operates at optimal performance through regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret manuals to understand industrial equipment and controls.
+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment; rewire as necessary.
+ Disassemble machinery and equipment for maintenance or repair.
+ Perform tests and operate machinery to ensure proper functionality.
+ Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
+ Install new production equipment.
+ Service and maintain equipment including boilers, motors, conveyor systems, hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical transmission systems, and industrial production-related equipment.
+ Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns.
+ Adjust mechanical parts using hand and machine tools.
+ Weld and fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
+ Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
+ Communicate with cross-functional teams and maintain a clean work area.
+ Prepare and submit maintenance reports.

+ Hydraulics and pneumatics
+ Repair and service
+ Reading schematics
+ HVAC knowledge
+ Blueprint reading
+ PLC troubleshooting
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an industrial environment
+ Experience with electrical/mechanical systems, boilers, conveyors, controls, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and mig/stick welding
+ Experience in all the above areas is not required

**Work Environment**
This position is for the 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Initial training will be 1 to 3 months, depending on experience, during which you will train on a regular shift. Shift schedules may be adjusted based on the hiring shift, with potential modifications to start times to align with first shift activities.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
