**Hiring: Blow Molding/Injection Equipment Technicians!**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Blow Molding/Injection Equipment Technician to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment. This role involves processing and mechanical adjustments to ensure high-quality production output that meets or exceeds customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding of blow molding and/or injection equipment and overall flow of product.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain standard production objectives through proper machine operation and accurate record-keeping.
+ Make necessary machine adjustments during start-ups and maintain consistent machine operation and product quality.
+ Perform quality assurance tests using appropriate measuring devices and basic math skills, and enter data into the computer system.
+ Understand start-up and shutdown procedures to minimize downtime and equipment wear and tear.
+ Ensure proper and safe operational conditions of all production and related equipment.
+ Improve the production equipment, utilities, efficiency, and reliability.
+ Understand heat set blow molding machines.
+ Be knowledgeable of downstream equipment.
+ Actively participate in quality training and Good Manufacturing Practice meetings to assist in continuous improvement of plant operations.
+ Recommend, plan, repair, modify, and fabricate any necessary elements following a problem or project.
+ Be flexible and available for overtime when required and covering for vacation.
+ Perform systems room checks.
+ Operate a forklift as needed.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to prioritize tasks
+ Thorough understanding of Krones, Sidel, Husky, and Uniloy machinery
+ Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic equipment/procedures
+ Basic knowledge in electricity and control
+ Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
+ Must be able to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high output production area
+ Willingness to accept any other duties/changes to position to fit the needs for production
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ At least 3 years in a high-speed manufacturing environment
+ Travel 0%

**Work Environment**
This is a non-climate controlled, very clean facility. Shift hours are as follows: 1st shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2nd shift 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, and 3rd shift 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $76960.00/yr.
