Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Worcester, WR5
Salary: Up to £32,700 per annum
Shift Pattern: Standard shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (42.5 hours per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly maintenance team. The role involves ensuring that the Company’s premises and equipment are maintained to high standards, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The Maintenance Technician will play a key part in performing repair and planned maintenance work, identifying equipment issues, and completing tasks to reduce downtime and keep the facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and rectify equipment failures in a timely mannerPerform planned maintenance, modifications, and improvement activitiesEnsure safety standards are met across all tasksAdapt to a variety of tasks and machinery, with training providedIdeal Candidate:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or a similar field (or equivalent experience)Experience: Experience in maintenance or engineering, with hands-on capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesSkills: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learningThis is a dynamic and varied role with ample training opportunities.
