**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Maintenance Technicians** for projects located in and around **Clackamas, OR.** This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of **$33-40/hour** based on experience & skill level. If you are a Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Set up and operate CNC machines to ensure proper function + Assemble and disassemble injection molding machines as needed + Change in-press mold inserts and clean mold components + Inspect components for damage and wear + Troubleshoot machine issues and perform repairs + Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment + Assist with color changes in production + Maintain a clean and safe workplace + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements:** + 2 years of experience with plastic injection molding + Completion of a technical certificate program or equivalent on-the-job training + Experience using hand and power tools + Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail + Forklift experience is a plus + High school diploma or GED preferred **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
