Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks including reviewing work orders at the start of your shift, performing preventative maintenance on baking ovens and packing machines, and inspecting and testing machinery such as bearings, gears, and shafts. You will also install and repair electrical apparatuses, gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment, as well as set up and operate lathes, grinders, and drills. Occasional fabrication work to cut or join metal parts is also required.

Work Environment

You will be working in a production environment that maintains an SQF System, ensuring quality within food safety. The company is family-owned and operated, fostering an inclusive culture. Day Shift hours are from 4:45am-5pm, and Night Shift hours are from 4:45pm-5am. The company employs around 500 people and promotes a strong emphasis on teamwork and positive employee morale.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA VISTA, Nebraska.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
