**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** Texas Quality Beverage is seeking Maintenance Technicians for their facility in Alliance. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment used in the bottling and packaging of products. This role involves assisting with and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves, process monitoring equipment (such as temperature, pressure, level, and flow), and other related equipment including gauges, meters, transducers, and transmitters. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and troubleshoot bottling and packaging equipment. + Repair and maintain hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and valves. + Monitor and repair process equipment for temperature, pressure, level, and flow. + Service and maintain gauges, meters, transducers, and transmitters. + Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment. + Perform PLC troubleshooting and programming as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pumps and valves. + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, particularly in the beverage industry. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed bottling and packaging machines. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a range of benefits, including paid time off starting on day one, company-provided uniforms, and a cell phone allowance.
