Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on various systems, including doors, flooring, interior and exterior structures, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing. You will collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to ensure that maintenance duties are accomplished efficiently and effectively.
ResponsibilitiesComply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these principles in executing business processes and practices.Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on doors, flooring, interior and exterior structures, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.Communicate with others to efficiently manage resources, time, and equipment to ensure maintenance duties are accomplished. Prioritize routine and non-routine work assignments and work alongside others to effectively complete maintenance tasks and repairs.Inspect equipment as needed to ensure effective working order and assist in subsequent repair and maintenance. Proactively troubleshoot equipment problems to identify more significant problems or repair issues. Follow up on large maintenance-related projects to ensure work and repairs have been completed by others.Complete work orders and maintain records, logs, and other requisite documents according to established company procedures and policies. Work Environment
The work environment includes moving through narrow, confined spaces such as stacks of merchandise or supplies, storage areas, and closets. You will also need to navigate sloping, uneven surfaces such as parking lots, building perimeters, receiving bays, and sections of the facility under repair. The work involves moving over slippery surfaces, especially during inclement weather, and working at heights, including on roofs, scaffolding, or in ceiling spaces. The position requires working varying shifts as needed.

The pay range for this position is $27.45 - $27.45/hr.
