Broken Arrow Company is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to job their team at a CO2 Extraction Plant! The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment used in the extraction and grinding processes, as well as performing various facility maintenance tasks.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs on CO2 extraction and solids processing equipment Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesConduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and address potential problems Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logsAssist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment Preform miscellaneous facility maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work and general repairsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performanceOrder and maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance suppliesFabricate and weld as needed
Work Experience
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferable in a manufacturing or extraction environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systemsExperience with CO2 extraction equipment is a plusAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprintsFlexibility to work various shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls
