**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician **Job Description:** As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for performing regular and preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, aiding in equipment installation, and keeping precise records. You'll also enhance CMMS processes and work with production and engineering teams to address equipment issues. All activities will be carried out following lean manufacturing principles. **Shift Available:** + 3rd Shift **Starting Pay Range:** + $25/hr. - $42/hr., plus a $2 shift differential **Responsibilities:** + Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure peak performance and prevent failures. + Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules to increase equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected breakdowns. + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime. + Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. + Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance according to auditing standards. + Manage and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues, enhancing overall efficiency. + Conduct work following lean manufacturing principles, both individually and in a team. **Essential Skills:** + Troubleshooting + Electrical Troubleshooting (480v) + Mechanical Troubleshooting (hydraulics and pneumatics) + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Schematic interpretation ****Apply now!**** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $87360.00/yr.
