**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for performing repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks. This role involves ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally to support smooth operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues that arise.
+ Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
+ Strong background in maintenance techniques and practices.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Any certifications or additional training in maintenance or electrical work is a plus.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
