Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Perform repairs and upkeep on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to keep buildings running smoothly.Troubleshoot and fix maintenance issues quickly, ensuring safety and efficiency.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent costly repairs.Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
Previous experience in building maintenance, repairs, or a related field required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
