**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform electrical repairs and maintenance tasks.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery.
+ Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve potential problems.
+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
+ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
+ Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in electrical repairs and maintenance.
+ Strong troubleshooting abilities.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical work.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
