Job Overview:Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the initial production startup per applicable shift, preventative maintenance tasks, equipment repairs, process troubleshooting, facility repairs, and completing maintenance work orders as assigned.
Responsibilities:Support initial production start-up with both process and equipment troubleshooting.Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessaryImplement and perform preventative maintenance measuresMaintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete maintenance work orders as assignedWorks cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Production Control/Warehousing to act on identified action plansCoordinate with and oversee outside vendors and contractors as needed for outside support for equipment installations, electrical upgrades, and installations along with other building repairs as needed.Focus on safety and qualityPerforms all other duties as assigned and necessary
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferredMinimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferredExperienced in operating a variety of equipment such as, extruders, molding machines, RF tippers and dryersExperience in high precision molding operation preferredAbility to multi-taskAbility to improve and retain knowledge of the various technical skillsetsMust have exceptional written and oral communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization Proficiency in MS Office softwareKnowledge of GMP under FDA/ISOPhysical Demands:
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsWork Environment:

Pay Range
Starting Pay will range between $25- $30 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, hourly position.
