Position: Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Wage: $29–$36/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule (Mon–Fri, with 6 days off every 3 weeks—yes, really. Some Saturdays required.)
Location: Green Bay, WI

What You’ll Be Doing:

Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Performing PMs, rebuilds, and breakdown repairs Running piping, wiring, conduit—whatever keeps things moving TIG welding and mechanical assembly Working from blueprints and schematics like a pro Logging work in a computerized system Climbing ladders, lifting heavy stuff, and staying alert—safety first

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro-Mechanical Tech or similar Ability to read prints, fix gearboxes/pumps/conveyors, and get your hands dirty Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and overtime when needed Willingness to keep learning (and get OSHA certified if needed)
